Warranty Policy

Bedroom accessories sold by Touch include a limited warranty, which covers defects or malfunctions.  Improper use or care are not covered by this warranty. The Shower Sponge and products within all Play categories are covered under this warranty.  The following products are covered under a 30-day warranty:  Shower Sponge, and all products within Play – Clitoral, Play – Vaginal, Play – G-Spot, Play – Dual-Action, Play – Couples, and Play – Anal (excluding Tooshies). The warranty starts the date that the purchaser receives the item.  Play – Premier products are covered under a 90-day warranty.

In order to be eligible for the warranty service, the customer must provide proof of purchase and initiate the return process within 30 days of receipt of the item. Initiation of the warranty policy consists of contacting your Consultant, or Touch Corporate (depending on how your purchase was made). Once the customer's defective item is received by Corporate, we will inspect your item, and inform you directly (if the claim was initiated through Touch Corporate), or inform your Consultant of the outcome. If in fact your accessory is defective, a replacement will ship within 48 hours of notification of the outcome. Accessories sent in to Corporate (via the customer or a Touch Consultant) are not returned to either party, regardless of the outcome of the return inspection.
